Thursday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Saturday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Sunday: 2.0hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
So far this year I've been doing my zone 1 runs with a heart rate cap of 150 (which I estimate to be 60% VO2Max) and my zone 2 runs with a heart rate cap of 160 (looser when I run with WNRC).
