Saturday: 0.35hr. spin (zone 1; HR cap at 60% VO2Max)
Sunday: 0.85hr. run (zone 3, a little zone 4)
Sunday's run was the Jingles Bells Run in support of the Cayman Islands Crisis Centre. I did the 10K option - my thanks to the volunteers, sponsors, and organizers; congratulations to fellow participants!
