The Week That Was

Sunday's run was the Jingles Bells Run in support of the Cayman Islands Crisis Centre. I did the 10K option - my thanks to the volunteers, sponsors, and organizers; congratulations to fellow participants!

Sunday: marathon (specifically, the Intertrust Cayman Islands Marathon)

My thanks to the helpful volunteers, generous sponsors, enthusiastic spectators, friendly fellow participants, and outstanding organizers of the marathon. Goal attained - I completed without injury!
