Sunday: morning 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2); afternoon minor upper body weights
Monday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Wednesday: 0.8hr. run (zone 2)
Lots of busyness in organizational work for the Genesis Trust Cayman Islands Duathlon 2013, held this past Sunday. The event went safely and well. 72 individuals and 31 teams participated. My thanks to the participants, donors, sponsor, and especially the volunteers!
