The Week That Was
Tuesday: 0.7hr. run (zone 1 on RPE)
Thursday: 0.67hr. run (zone 1 on RPE)
Sunday: marathon (specifically, the Intertrust Cayman Islands Marathon)
My thanks to the helpful volunteers, generous sponsors, enthusiastic spectators, friendly fellow participants, and outstanding organizers of the marathon. Goal attained - I completed without injury!
