Monday: 0.75hr. treadmill run (top zone 1)
Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights - lower weight, higher reps
Wednesday: 0.8hr. run (zone 2/zone 3/zone 4; average high zone 3)
Thursday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 1.75hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Saturday's treadmill run had me backing down the speed at the one hour mark to stay in zone 2. Sunday morning's self-assessment suggested that I might begin a recovery week immediately rather than attempt a weights session.
