Monday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Tuesday:  upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Wednesday: 0.85hr. run (zone 2/zone 3, some zone 4)
Thursday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 0.67hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Sunday: morning upper body (+ minor legs) weights; afternoon beginners yoga
