Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Wednesday:  0.9hr. run (zone 2, more zone 3, some zone 4)
Thursday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 0.5hr. swim; 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Sunday: morning upper body (+ minor legs) weights; afternoon beginners yoga
