The Week That Was

Monday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (top of zone 1)
Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights - again this week, lower weights higher reps on Tuesday
Wednesday: 0.75hr. run (zone 2/zone 3, a little zone 4)
Thursday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 1.5hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Sunday: morning upper body (+ minor legs) weights; afternoon beginners yoga
