Hmmm, I messed up with drafts and scheduling, so have to go from memory for week ended May 6th.
Tuesday: upper body (+ basic legs) weights
Wednesday: 0.85hr. run (zone 2/zone 3 on RPE)
Saturday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2); evening 0.5hr treadmill run (zone 2)
Sunday: upper body (+ basic legs) weights
Partial recovery week.
On Friday I was a timer for the kids swimming "burner" meet (an unofficial meet not held to
the standards required to get official times to qualify for other competitions). Lots of nostalgia impact on me.
