Wednesday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Thursday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Friday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Saturday: minor upper body + minor legs weights - pulling
Sunday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
