Otherwise, just treadmill walks.
Odd to in no way participate in the Intertrust Cayman Islands Marathon this year; by all reports, it went off spenddidly. Congratulations to the participants, and thanks to the volunteers, sponsors, and organizers for a very important part of the sporting calendar.
