The Week That Was

Thursday: 20 min. treadmill run (zone 1) + 10 min. treadmill walk
Friday: 20 min. treadmill run (zone 1) + 10 min. treadmill walk
Saturday: volunteered at registration for the Cayman Islands Triathlon
Sunday: volunteered as Run Course Coordinator for the Cayman Islands Triathlon - congratulations to the participants, and my thanks to other volunteers and the sponsors

Just treadmill walks from Monday through Wednesday.

My training plan for the week has been modified to "get outdoors for 30 minutes" and "office strength" -stairs, dips on a chair, etc.!
