The Week That Was

Monday: 0.75hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Thursday: 0.75hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Friday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Sunday: morning volunteered at second of three build-up training sessions (for the local big show triathlon in November); afternoon upper body weights
