Monday: 0.75hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Thursday: 0.75hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Friday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 0.75hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Sunday: upper body weights

It is good! I think 40-45 minutes is sorta ideal length for a run - more substantive than the bare .5hr, but recovery costs more manageable than the full hour....
