Monday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Wednesday: 0.9hr. run (zone 1)
Saturday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Sunday: volunteered at the PASO Olympic Festival Qualifier Triathlon
Congratulations to the four participants in Sunday's qualifier, and especially to DJ Evans on winning the one available slot to represent Cayman at the PASO Olympic Festival. My thanks to the other volunteers and to the spectators!
