Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Wednesday: 0.85hr. run (zone 2)
Friday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 0.67hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Sunday: 0.67hr. treadmill run (zone 2)

Inconsequential, but I still find there to be something very charming about the sequence "(+ minor legs)"!
