The Week That Was

Monday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Thursday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Saturday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights

Sunday I volunteered at the Genesis Trust Duathlon - congratulations to the participants, and thanks to the other volunteers and the sponsors!
