Tuesday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Thursday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Friday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 1.5hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Sunday: 1.5hr. treadmill run (zone 1)

Consecutive days treadmill runs of 1.5 hours!! OMG! I hope you had more to watch then a brick wall in front of you!! Well done is all I can say, that IS dedication!
