The Week That Was

Monday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 1)

Sunday I volunteered (primarily as kayaker) at the Mercuryman Half Iron Distance Triathlon and Aquabike - congratulations to the participants, and thanks to the other volunteers and the sponsors!
