Tuesday: 0.33hr. spin (zone 1)
Wednesday: 0.75hr. run (zone 2)
Thursday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Sunday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (zone 1)

Travels and minor sinus infection in weeks one and two.
