The Week That Was

Wednesday: 0.75hr. run (zone 2/zone 3/zone 4)
Thursday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Sunday: heat acclimation - 35 minutes jogging, 15 minutes walking at noon
