Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Wednesday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (zone 2/zone 3/zone 4) + cooldown
Saturday: 2.75hr. treadmill run (zone 2, drifting into zone 3 after 2 hours)
Volunteered as kayaker on Sunday morning at the third of three build up training sessions for the Arch & Godfrey Cayman Islands Triathlon
