Wednesday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Thursday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Friday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (HR cap 75% Max)
Saturday: 2.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Sunday: midday 1.0hr. treadmill run (HR cap 75% Max); late afternoon upper body weights
