Tuesday: morning 1.0hr. run (really jog - HR cap 75% Max); lunchtime upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Wednesday: lunchtime 1.0hr. treadmill run (HR cap 75% Max); late afternoon 0.75hr. treadmill run (zone 2/zone 3/zone 4)
Thursday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Friday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (HR cap 75% Max)
Saturday: 2.5hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Sunday: morning 1.0hr. treadmill run (HR cap 75% Max); late afternoon upper body (+ minor legs) weights
