The Week That Was

Monday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Tuesday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Friday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (zone 1 on HR but zone 2 on pace)
Saturday: minor upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Sunday: 2.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)

Volunteered on Wednesday at the second (of three) in the ASAP Stroke and Stride series.
