Tuesday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2/zone 3)
Wednesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Thursday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2/zone 3/zone 4)
Saturday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Sunday: 2.0hr. treadmill run (upper zone 1)
