The Week That Was

Tuesday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2/zone 3/some zone 4)
Thursday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Friday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Saturday: minor upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Sunday: 2.5hr. treadmill run (zone 2)

Volunteered on Wednesday at the first (of three) in the ASAP Stroke and Stride series.
