Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Wednesday: lunchtime 1.0hr. spin (zone 2); evening 0.95hr. run (zone 2/zone 3)
Thursday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Friday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 1.75hr. treadmill run (zone 2, with late bouncing into low zone 3 and back)
Sunday: 1.5hr. spin (zone 2)
