Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Wednesday: 0.7hr. run (zone 2/zone 3)
Friday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 1.4hr. treadmill run (zone 1/zone 2)
Sunday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (zone 1/zone 2)
