The Week That Was

Monday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Wednesday: 0.75hr. run (zone 2)
Friday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 1.25hr. treadmill run (zone 2)

Volunteered on Sunday at Off the Beaten Track. Congratulations to the participants, and thanks to the other volunteers, the sponsors, and the organizers for a great event.

The phrase "minor legs" is appealing... like the mysterious naming protocol of the English boarding school novels I read as a young child without full comprehension! (The Jennings books, I think - So-and-So Minor!)
