Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Wednesday: 0.85hr. run (zone 2/zone 3)
Sunday: 4 mile run (zone 4/zone 5a)
Sunday was the 39th annual Cross-Island Relay. A record number of participants this year! My thanks to the volunteers, the sponsor (Fidelity), and the organizers (Hash House Harriers) for a great event, and to my teammates for the comradery!
