The Week That Was

Wednesday: 0.8hr. run (zone 2/zone 3, a little zone 4)
Saturday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 1/zone 2)

Wednesday informed me that I was not fully recovered from consecutive weeks with relatively short events at race-level effort. Interesting how much the 5K at the end of the previous week must have taken out of me.

5ks can be brutal! I surely run very very close to my lactate threshold and that makes those 3 miles seem so much worse than a regular 3 miles!
