The Week That Was

Monday: 0.7hr. treadmill run (zone 3)
Tuesday: minor upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Wednesday: 0.85hr. run (zone 3/zone 4)
Sunday: 1.35hr. treadmill run (zone 2)

Volunteered on Sunday at the second of three build-up sessions in advance of the Cayman Islands Triathlon. We had 44 participants, which is a relatively large number for the training session - nice to see!
