The Week That Was

Monday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Wednesday: 0.67hr. run (zone 2/zone 3, some zone 4) - short route for WNRC this week
Thursday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Sunday: 0.5hr. treadmill run (zone 1)

I think cutting back resistance training on legs to twice a week will allow for more and better running.
