The Week That Was

Monday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Thursday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2/zone 3/zone 4 - threshold training session)
Friday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 0.67hr. treadmill run (zone 2)

Volunteered on Wednesday as Run Coordinator for the third in the series of three Stroke and Stride events.Volunteered on Sunday at the first of three build-up sessions in advance of the Cayman Islands Triathlon.

Structure of the week not good - threshold training on Thursday then weights on Friday had me cutting Saturday's run short.
