Thursday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2/zone 3/zone 4 - threshold training session)
Friday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 1.33hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Volunteered on Wednesday as Run Coordinator for the first in the series of three Stroke and Stride events.
