Monday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Tuesday: 0.5hr. run (zone 1)
Wednesday: 0.8hr. run (zone 2)
Thursday: upper body weights
Saturday: 1.25hr. treadmill run (zone 1)
Sunday: morning upper body (+ minor legs) weights; afternoon beginners yoga
