The Week That Was

Tuesday: upper body (+ basic legs) weights
Wednesday: 1.0hr. run (zone 2 on RPE)
Thursday: 0.75hr. run (zone 2/zone 3 some zone 4 on RPE)
Friday: 0.75hr. treadmill run (zone 2 - dryrun of some Hadd benchmark test elements)
Sunday: upper body (+ basic legs) weights

Benchmark! I don't know why it should be, but the name Hadd is slightly comical to me...

Hadd was a pseudonym... perhaps the comic effect was deliberate.
