The Week That Was

Monday: spinning intervals (set of 8)
Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights + 20 minute treadmill run (zone 2)
Wednesday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Friday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 2.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Sunday: upper body weights

First good complete set of high intensity spinning intervals since getting through summer training disruptions.
