The Week That Was
Monday: 1.0hr. run (zone 2 on RPE)
Wednesday: 1.0hr. run (zone 2/zone 3 on RPE)
Sunday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
On Saturday I helped staff the Cayman Island Triathlon Association's booth at the Cayman Islands Cancer Society's "Conquering Cancer II - a Day of Awareness and Education". While we were not strictly on-theme, the CICS is a good friend to CITA.
On Sunday I volunteered at the first of our build-up events. These training sessions lead into our November triathlon, and so have the full swim, bike, and run structure.
