The Week that Was

Monday: 1.0hr. run (zone 2)
Tuesday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Wednesday: 1.0hr. run (zone 2)
Thursday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights
Saturday: 1.75hr. treadmill run (zone 1/zone 2)
Sunday: upper body (+ minor legs) weights

Heat adaptation had bumped up my treadmill pace more than I was ready to assume (although very slow nonetheless), so took a long time to up the speed enough to put me into zone 2 on Saturday.
