Batter Blaster
While in Ottawa the other week Jenny and I finally came upon a can of Batter Blaster, pancake mix in a spray can ("Just point, blast and cook!").
I've been hearing the call of Batter Blaster since the Instapundit post in February 2009. It did not disappoint - pretty good pancakes, though prone to small air bubbles. Thanks to Jenny, who pointed, blasted, and cooked!

You were too polite to say "pointed, blasted, cooked and set off the kitchen smoke alarm"! They were pretty good, though, weren't they?
Oh my Gosh! Best idea ever! I hate how it is so hard to find pancake mix that will only make one pancake. I interviewed at Queen's last month - I think I might e-mail the search committee and tell them another reason that I really want to move to Ontario :-)
Where did you find this stuff? I want some!
