The Week That Was
Tuesday: 0.67hr. treadmill run (zone 3/zone 4, max. 175)
Wednesday: 1.0hr. run (zone 3/zone 4, max. 175)
Saturday: 2.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2)
Sunday: 2.5hr. treadmill run (zone 2, predominantly lower half)
Took in 300 calories during Sunday's run. I felt much better doing that 2.5hr. run than doing the previous week's 2.2hr. with no calories, and getting the longer run done is the priority.

Yes indeed.
The Wednesday run sounds warm but highly enjoyable...
I'd probably pass out if I did a 2.2 hour run with no calories.
Although I am pretty sure 95% of that would be mental...
