Fun! (Although a flaw in the process may be the requirement for long pants.)
I think I would need a great deal of practice to master the undressing in two seconds trick.
My parents used to watch these type of wacky Japanese game shows when I was growing up. Thanks for the laughs!!
I'm pretty sure my friend Kori could beat him. We call her the transition queen :-) Seriously, I have never seen a girl get dressed so fast.

I can't think of a way to make it relevant to triathlon, but it is full of WIN.
I particularly like the tie-tying trick, and I can see some everyday applications for the safety pin buttonhole solver too!
