Wednesday: 0.67hr. run (zone 2)
Saturday: 0.5hr. run (zone 2)
Sunday: 1.0hr. run (zone 2)
Officially a recovery week... not that my *training* has justified it....
In other news, perhaps you should be alarmed if there's a bustle in your hedgerow. Poor hedgehog.
BTW, the GCM->JFK flight on Thursday wasn't the only one cancelled by Cayman Airways.

The guy was not too kind to the hedgehog but I did enjoy the Led Zep reference.

eeek! poor little beast. Sorry to hear you were caight up in the airline mixer. Everyone is getting stranded for long amounts of time these days. It really worries me when I need to book a flight.
Those little hedgehogs are so adorable. Hate to think it was alive when he did that! Bad man!
