Thursday: zero
Friday: zero
Saturday: 3.0hr. stationary trainer ride (zone 2)
Sunday: 1.25hr. stationary trainer ride (zone 2)

Yes, that's a lot of zeroes.

We have an equivalent number of zeros in our weeks.

Although long walks through airports might count for some kind of cross training!

Some times the zeros are much, much more important than the other integers.
