The Week That Was

Monday: evening Masters swim session
Tuesday: 1.0hr. treadmill run (zone 3/4, first run on new shoes)
Wednesday: zero - %^&* ankle (see Tuesday)
Thursday: zero
Friday: 2.0hr. stationary trainer ride (zone 2)
Saturday: 2.0hr. treadmill run (zone 2, second run on new shoes, ankle fine)
Sunday: 2.5hr. stationary trainer ride (zone 2)
