The Week That Was

Monday: evening Masters swim session
Wednesday: morning 0.5hr. run (zone 1); evening 0.5hr. run (zone 1)
Thursday: evening Masters swim session
Saturday: morning 1.0hr. run (zone 2); afternoon 1.5hr. stationary trainer (zone 2)
Sunday: 2.0hr. stationary trainer (zone 1)

Also volunteered at short informal triathlon Sunday morning.

I like the "Week That Was" feature, but there is no doubt it raises more questions than it answers! I am esp. curious about Wednesday--why zone 1 rather than 2? Why split into 2? Was it just a matter of convenience, or was there a training- or injury-related rationale?!? No need to answer, it's just tweaking my brain with curiosity!
