I have two words for the end of low heartrate training:
AAAACK!! SLOW!!!!
OK, maybe AAAACK!! shouldn't count as a word.

AAACK(!)is a word. Also Arrrggghhh (and its spelling variants) should qualify.
And it's only temporary ...
