The Week That Was
Long trainer ride: 4.5hrs. Long treadmill run: 2.75hrs. 1 Masters swim session.
Not much, but at least the long sessions are progressing. I suppose that the low heart rate work allows a pretty aggressive ramp-up in duration when you've gone that long in the past.

You put in significantly more hours than I did. Although in some way I feel lugging packages to the post office might be resistance training (in more ways than one!).

better than me!!
How do you get through 4.5 hrs on the trainer? I must know your secret!
Wendy, I think you can log that as workout time.
Bold, you know the drill - load and recover. Mental recovery counts too!
Habeela, for me TV on DVD works fine (presently screening _The Sopranos_), but even network coverage of golf is enough distraction to get me through. I just don't pay that much attention to the world around me.
